To enable you to better understand European funding, Eurotracks offers you training courses adapted to your needs :

These short training courses are tailor-made, according to your request (awareness raising or training/case study) in order to professionalise you in the engineering of European projects, to meet your counterparts and to exchange on your practices.
The team of trainers
We have a solid experience in supporting project, in managing a European grant (evaluation, quality control, management…), as well as an excellent knowledge of the procedures of European programmes. We have been designing and delivering training courses for many years, in particular for Master I and II students and CFAs.

Project monitoring
Project management support includes :
- the planning of missions, the sharing of tasks between partners, the animation of seminars, the writing of reports;
- drafting of sub-contracts with partners;
- the daily administrative and financial management, the respect of diagrams and deadlines for the delivery of results;
- internal and external dissemination of the project: newsletter, brochures, organisation of communication events (participation in trade fairs, organisation of seminars, training activities), publication and promotion of results;
- registration and follow-up on European platforms (Mobility Tool+, OLS, Penelope+....);
- writing the interim and final report;
- assistance and support in the event of an audit by the European authorities.
